Modern economy while making employment law compliance much simple brought implementation in strict and methodical sense. Now it is felt need by many industries that adhering to local conditions and law is really enhancing their business image and creating competitive edge. This has necessitated a display and follow applicable laws which are mandatory requirements. Due to the educational level and awareness by workforce about their rights, need has arisen to comply the provisions for cordial and right relations. Hence abstracts of laws in vernacular language come  into prominence in addition to the legal requirements.
For good corporate governance, complying with ILO regulations, inspection, needs abstract in Kannada is felt very much. All persons cherish and enjoy any matter/communication in their mother tongue which will evince further interest in the subject. Local, international, buyer, government audits also insisting for the display and exhibition in vernacular language. Finally the concerned customers,  users and employees, to know and understand the objectives of the law and rules without which it has no value.

Considering these aspects humble attempt is made to compose few labour laws in Bi language style. In a way this is unique. At one stretch versions of both language are made available. Surely readers, users feel the importance and benefits. Apart from the corporate/industrial world, this is handy work and guide to management, Human resource, administrators, legal professionals and trade unions. Most abstracts are translated by me. With all humility appreciate their usage. Any errors, omissions comments suggestions from readers are welcome. For authoritative position versions, readers are required to refer the concerned acts.
